Role Description The Warehouse Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Darra, QLD. This role is responsible for receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock, as well as picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and on time.

The Warehouse

Assistant will maintain tidy and protected warehouse areas, assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment, and support efficient inventory control processes. Day-to-day tasks include operating warehouse equipment as required, preparing orders for transport,



liaising with internal teams regarding stock and orders, and providing qualified customer service when supporting pickups or queries. The role may also involve assisting with basic administrative tasks related to orders and inventory records.

Qualifications
Robust packing skills with attention to detail and accuracy in order preparation.
Experience with inventory control and inventory management processes.
Ability to safely perform forklift operation and handle warehouse equipment (valid forklift license preferred).
Customer service skills for supporting internal teams and external customers with order and pickup queries.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is beneficial.
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
Basic computer skills for using inventory or warehouse management systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Understanding of workplace health and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
