We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the restaurant meets its financial and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Lead, coach, and motivate front and back-of-house teams.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Manage staff rosters, labour costs, and productivity.
Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
Monitor sales, budgets, and key performance indicators to achieve business goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.





Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Sound financial and business management skills.
Robust organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $79,423.00 – $82,000.00 per year
