We are a rapidly growing commercial cleaning and facility management company servicing corporate offices, education, healthcare, retail, industrial and government clients across Melbourne. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven salesperson to help expand our client base.

We are seeking either:
n
A Full-Time Sales Executive (entry-level or experienced), or
n
An Experienced Part-Time Business Development Skilled with an established network.

About the Role
n
Generate current business opportunities across Melbourne.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with commercial clients.
n
Arrange meetings and present our cleaning and facility management services.
n
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
n
Work closely with our operations team to ensure outstanding customer service.
n
Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous B2B sales experience is preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants.
n
An existing network within commercial property, facilities management, strata, education, healthcare or related industries will be highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
n
Tender writing experience will be an added advantage
n
