Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect, generate local leads, and secure new property listings.
Host property inspections and present properties to prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers and guide clients through the end-to-end sales process.

Collaborate with administrative and marketing staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications & Skills
Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration / License.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Robust communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with social media apps and digital communication.
Prior sales experience is preferred, but candidate drive and mindset matter most.
