We are looking for a casual Client Relationships Officer to work at our Lane Cove Clinic, providing adaptable cover and continuity of care for our clients. Our team is warm, collaborative, and passionate about making a genuine difference.

You will be the welcoming face of Sydney Psych Hub, ensuring a consistently warm, skilled experience for every client.

What you will be doing
Providing warm, professional front-of-house support to clients and visitors
Managing appointment scheduling and client communications
Handling administrative tasks including billing and correspondence
Maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards
Supporting our psychologists and clinical team with their administrative needs

What we are looking for
Previous reception or administration experience,



ideally in general practice or allied health would be advantageous
Strong computer skills and familiarity with practice management systems (training provided)
Excellent communication skills with a warm, empathetic manner
Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of confidentiality requirements in healthcare settings
Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A positive attitude, initiative, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting others
