Mazing Merch is a boutique promotional product company on Sydney's North Shore — lovers of all things merch! We're a small team looking for a part-time Administration Assistant to keep our production pipeline running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Coordination
Processing orders from quote through to delivery
Preparing quotations and order confirmations
Monitoring production timeframes and following up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Supplier enquiries and liaison — order status, samples, and lead times
Sales support and overflow quoting as needed

Administration
Maintaining internal processes and systems
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence
Data entry,



document preparation, and reporting
Ad hoc office duties as required

About You
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communicator, written and verbal
Works well to deadlines

Ideal Background

Industry experience a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person. Previous admin, production support, or office coordination experience well regarded.
