Barista – Fast-Paced Café

We are looking for a confident, experienced and energetic Barista to join our fast-paced café team.

This role is suited to someone who thrives during busy service, takes pride in consistently producing excellent coffee, and works efficiently as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee throughout busy service periods
Maintain speed, accuracy and attention to detail during peak periods
Set up and dial in the coffee machine and grinder each day
Maintain excellent milk texturing and latte art standards
Manage high-volume coffee orders while maintaining quality and consistency
Keep the coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked
Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
Assist with general café duties when required

About You
Previous barista experience in a busy café setting




Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee extraction
Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Consistent and quality-focused
Reliable, punctual and well-presented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a high-volume workplace
Passionate about great coffee and customer service
