We are seeking an enthusiastic person with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in property to join our friendly rental team.

The role will include but not be limited to:
Manage your owner small portfolio end to end
Organise and manage property repairs and maintenance
Conduct arrears management processes daily
Liaising with landlords, contractors and tenants
Property ingoing, outgoing
Provide excellent communication to all clients




Manage VCAT case
Leasing and Filing
Other ad hoc tasks from the manager

To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must:
Have a robust work ethic with a "can do" attitude
More than 1 year of property management experience
Demonstrate a high level of customer service and building strong relationships, ensuring high level of customer service needs are met
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry preferred
High attention to detail for processes and procedures
Current driver's license and own a car
Current agent representative certificate
Commercial property management experience and Mandarin skills are a plus
