The successful candidate will bring confidence across chairside assisting and reception responsibilities, with experience working within a specialist dental setting highly regarded.
About the Role
You will play an significant role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring an exceptional patient experience through:
Chairside dental assisting and clinical support
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting efficient clinical workflows
Sterilisation and maintaining high infection control standards
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
Managing reception responsibilities including appointments, enquiries, patient communication and administrative tasks
Maintaining accurate patient records and practice systems
Contributing to the smooth daily operation of the clinic
About You
You will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
Experience within a specialist dental environment highly regarded
Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilisation and infection control
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
