University Theatres manages diverse and unique venues across the University of Western Australia including:

The Dolphin Theatre

About the Role

Reporting to the Bookings Manager, the Bookings Coordinator is involved in all day-to-day operations of the Bookings Department focusing on:
Responding to booking enquires,
Contracting, billing and liaising with clients,
Liaison with other University Theatres departments to ensure smooth operations, and
Scheduling activity in the event management system.





About You

This position will suit applicants with experience of theatre, dance or event coordination with an ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

The successful applicant will have:
Experience coordinating cultural events, especially the performing arts,
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build a rapport with clients,
Computer literacy,
Organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines,
Ability to show initiative and work productively as part of a small team,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and
Impeccable attention to detail.
