Join Our Team at Dr Lee Periocare– Receptionist, Penrith, NSW

Are you a people-person with a warm smile and a can-do attitude? Do you take pride in making others feel welcome the moment they walk through the door? If so, we'd love to meet you.

Dr Lee Periocare is a specialist periodontal clinic in Penrith and we're looking for a Receptionist to be the heart of our front desk. No dental or periodontal experience? No problem — we'll teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is the right attitude, and that's what matters most to us.

What You'll Be Doing
Being the warm, welcoming face our patients see first — setting the tone for a great experience
Managing appointments and keeping the day running smoothly and on time
Answering patient enquiries with confidence, care, and clarity
Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
Assisting with billing, payments, and general administration
Supporting the clinical team so they can focus on delivering excellent care

What We're Looking For
A genuinely warm and professional manner — you make people feel at ease
Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Well-presented, organised, and able to juggle priorities in a busy setting




A growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and grow with the practice
Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new systems
Prior dental or medical reception experience is a bonus, but absolutely not required
