The store has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and focuses on quality, effortless style and pieces that are easy to wear and enjoy.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team. You will play an significant role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs and helping keep the store running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is enthusiastic about retail and can work flexibly as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales accurately
Handle cash and electronic payments
Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays
Receive, unpack and organise stock
Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented
Assist with opening and closing procedures




Support promotional activities and store events
Follow workplace health, safety and company procedures
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals

This role will initially be one day per week, with opportunities for additional hours during school holidays, busy periods and peak trading times.

Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
