The Position
Support the front‑of‑house team in delivering seamless lounge service
Uphold high lounge presentation standards and ensure all areas remain clean, organized and welcoming
Perform basic food preparation tasks
Monitor and replenish buffet and beverage stations proactively
Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests





The Person
Personal transport preferred
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
Well-presented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace while staying calm and efficient during peak travel times
Commitment to safety and compliance and understand the importance of secure airport operations
Willing to go through a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
