The Chance
KCS Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the planning, design coordination, and delivery of civil construction works across a range of infrastructure and site-based projects throughout the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil construction projects, including roads, earthworks, drainage, and site infrastructure.
Prepare, review, and interpret civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Provide on-site engineering support, including inspections, surveys, quality assurance, and compliance checks.
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors,



and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard.
Monitor project progress, safety performance, and environmental compliance.
Provide practical engineering solutions and technical advice during construction phases.
Contribute to project documentation such as progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements.

Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated experience in civil construction projects (site engineering, field engineering, or design support).
Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Willingness and ability to work on site and perform hands-on field engineering duties.
Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements, and construction practices (desirable).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $85,612.76 – $97,779.79 per year
