Safety and wellbeing genuinely come first (it’s our number one value!) Your new role In your current role as Wheel Aligner/Tyre Fitter at CMI Toyota Cheltenham, you’ll be responsible for: Carrying out wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles

Conducting repairs, focusing on tyre/wheel fitment, balancing, and tyre repair

Checking and servicing steering and suspension systems

Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and workmanship in the workshop

Assisting with tyre sales and/or stocktake as required Most importantly, you’ll be working as part of a broader workshop team where quality,



safety and teamwork matter. What you can expect

Good mechanical knowledge and aptitude

Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship A customer focus with strong communication skills An ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
