$120,000 - $140,000 + super

CalibrX is Australia's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a growing CRM consultancy looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join its Melbourne team.

n

This is a hands-on Level 3 technical role supporting a portfolio of Salesforce customers. You will investigate complex incidents, identify root causes and implement reliable, maintainable solutions across configuration, automation, integrations, security and custom development.

n

You will work closely with Solution Architects, developers and customer stakeholders, contributing to technical discussions and recommending the right solution for each setting.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve complex Salesforce incidents, defects and service requests
n
Troubleshoot issues across configuration, Flow, Apex, security, data and integrations
n
Implement controlled fixes that improve platform reliability and maintainability
n
Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and developers
n
Support sandbox development, testing, deployments and code reviews
n




Explain technical findings, risks and recommendations to customers
n
Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support resources
n
Maintain clear technical documentation
n

Experience:

n

n
Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting experience
n
Advanced Salesforce Flow capability
n
Experience with Apex classes, triggers and test classes
n
Valuable understanding of Salesforce security, sharing and access controls
n
Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware and third-party applications
n
Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, source control and deployment processes
n
Experience working with sandbox environments and tools such as Bitbucket
n
OmniStudio or Education Cloud experience would be advantageous
n
Solid customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
n
