CARPENTER (APPRENTICE)

Looking to kickstart your carpentry career with a close-knit, supportive team? We’re seeking an enthusiastic apprentice carpenter to join our family-like crew. We’re a boutique carpentry team specialising in residential projects mainly across Sydney’s Inner West and the Eastern Suburbs.

Our work spans renovations, roof and wall framing, extensions, cladding, decks, stairs and fences, window replacement, outdoor entertainment areas and detailed fitouts.

REQUIREMENTS
Genuine passion for carpentry
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Good communication skills
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
White card
Well-presented and professional demeanour

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Custom residential carpentry skills
Framing and formwork techniques




Door and window installation
Stair construction
Interior fit-outs
Blueprint reading and interpretation
Material selection and estimation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn and assist with residential carpentry including renovations, decks, and fit-outs
Help measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans
Install doors, windows, skirting boards, and stairs under supervision
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Load/unload materials and keep tools and work areas organised
