About the Role

n

We are seeking caring and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a full time basis, providing respectful and compassionate support to residents in aged care facilities. Successful applicants can commence immediately and will be involved in tasks including:

Supporting residents with daily living activities
n
Assisting with hygiene, mobility, and general wellbeing
n
Observing and reporting any changes to senior clinical staff
n
Maintaining resident privacy, dignity and respect at all times
n




Working collaboratively within a skilled care team

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Personal Care) – required
n
Current Australian Federal Police Check
n
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (including booster)
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
n
Genuine empathy, professionalism and commitment to person-centred care
