Transport Supervisor to lead and support an important location for the business, working with a team in the Specialised freight and building products delivery sector.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a small team of operational and driving staff.
Operate Medium Rigid (MR) vehicles for local deliveries and transfers.
Oversee manual handling tasks, ensuring secure lifting practices are maintained.
Coordinate daily schedules and resolve operational issues quickly.
Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks.

Skills and Experience
Valid Australian MR Licence with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong manual handling experience and physical fitness to assist the team.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Sound knowledge of WHS/OHS regulations.

About you
Experience leading or supervising a transport delivery team
Experience in delivering, ideally within the building or construction industry
Valid MR or HR license and access to a reliable vehicle
White Card (Construction Induction)
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks in a challenging environment
Reliable, honest, mature, and hardworking with excellent attention to detail
