The Role:

Attend and assist at open homes
n
Prospect, cold call and generate current leads
n
Manage buyer enquiries and follow‐ups
n
Build and maintain a robust database
n
Conduct letterbox drops and door knocking
n
Liaise with buyers and vendors
n




Assist with campaign tasks (photoshoots, styling, B&P; inspections)
n
Support the agent across day‐to‐day sales activity
n

The Candidate:

Strong communication and people skills
n
Resilient, proactive and target‐driven
n
Willingness to learn and grow in real estate
n
Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded
n
A certificate of registration (essential)
