Competitive Base Salary: $55K – $65K (including car allowance)

Uncapped Commission Structure

$150K OTE (On-Target Earnings)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This exciting prospect will see you learning and showcasing the full range of New and Demo vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.

You will work closely with experienced dealership specialists while building your skills within one of Australia's most rewarding industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Learn and present the full range of vehicles and services
n
Follow the dealership's "Road to a Sale" process
n
Attend factory training and current vehicle launch events
n
Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly
n
Support senior sales staff and learn all aspects of the sales process
n
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
n
Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
Previous sales experience is essential
n
Automotive experience is NOT required
n
Passion for sales and customer service
n
Motivated to achieve targets and succeed
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Qualified presentation and positive attitude
n
Eager to learn and develop your career
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
Competent computer skills
n
Current driver's licence required
