Urban Republic is a rapid-growing, design-forward decorative board manufacturer. We are looking for an experienced, driven Sales Representative to join our team in Melbourne.

In this energetic role, you will be the face of our brand—engaging with a diverse client base of architects, interior designers, and specifiers. You'll use your design eye and sales expertise to help them select high-end joinery and wall panelling products, bringing beautiful and functional spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively build relationships with residential and commercial stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and specifiers.
n
Understand client visions and recommend the perfect range of joinery and wall panelling products to suit their projects.

Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including materials, construction methods, and design features.
n
Work closely with our internal design team to ensure client projects are executed flawlessly from concept to completion.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing seamless support from the initial consultation through to post-purchase care.

Partner with leadership to develop and execute creative sales strategies that drive business growth.

What We Are Looking For

3–5 years of sales experience within the building materials, luxury finishes, or home furnishings industries.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to listen deeply, build trust, and translate a client's brief into the perfect product solution.

A genuine passion for design, a commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences, and a hunger to hit targets.

The ability to work independently on the road while collaborating seamlessly with the broader team.
