This is a varied, hands-on position combining warehouse operations, customer service and sales support. You will take ownership of customer orders throughout the entire process, from receiving enquiries and identifying product requirements to processing, picking, packing and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.
Key responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders accurately
Building strong, professional relationships with customers
Assisting customers in identifying the right products for their requirements
Monitoring orders and maintaining clear communication throughout the process
Working closely with the wider team to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, presentation and organisation
Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
About you
Strong computer literacy
HVAC or plumbing product knowledge would be an advantage
Previous CRM, ERP or business software experience
NetSuite experience would be highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
The ability to remain organised and dependable in a fast-paced environment
