Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick Packer / Store Person to join their busy warehouse team in Toowoomba. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
n
Receive, check, store, and dispatch incoming goods
n
Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems
n
Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
n
Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
n
Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
n
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required
n
Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets
n

About You

n

n
Previous warehouse, stores, pick packing, or inventory experience preferred
n
Solid computer skills and confidence using inventory or warehouse management systems
n




Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
n
Solid organisational and time-management skills
n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
n
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
n
