Role Description

This is a full time role for a Service Delivery Team Leader based in Adelaide, SA, Southern Area. The Service Delivery Team Leader will oversee the efficient execution of person-centred service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and lead a energetic team. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, addressing client concerns, developing strategies to enhance outcomes,



and ensuring compliance with NDIS service standards.

Robust communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
n
Proficiency in analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement
n
Knowledge of service delivery principles and experience in ensuring high-quality outcomes
n
Commitment to achieving customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships
n
Proven experience in team management and development
n
Ability to work independently.

Understanding of NDIS policies and person-centred care approaches is an advantage
n
Cert 3 Individual Support.
