Petstock Victor Harbor is seeking a Retail Associate to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store workplace.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on pet care products.

Complete sales transactions and work toward achieving store sales targets.
n
Maintain a high standard of store presentation; display new stock accurately and manage inventory replenishment.
n
Stay current on pet care knowledge and product updates, using this information to advise and upsell.
n
Support a positive, inclusive in‐store culture where team members enjoy coming to work.
n
Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and contribute to a culture of safety.

Qualifications

Passion for animals and commitment to high customer service.
n




Experience in a retail environment with a track record of achieving sales targets.
n
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
n
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 kg.
n
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays.
n
