We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee a team of around 4 people.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
n
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
n
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
n
Oversee stock and store operations.

Qualifications

n

n
High school education or equivalent experience
n
2+ years experience in a management role
n
Fluent English / Mandarin is a plus
n
Customer-centric with a positive attitude
