We are looking for two exceptional Activity Assistantsfor our Eaton Social Centre in the South West. Reportingto the Social Centre Co-ordinator, you will run programs thatpromote social engagement for our clients. You will also provideclient transport as required.

n

These roles will be offered on acasualbasis at the Eaton Social Centre.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
Deliver programs, activities and outings for clients.
n
Assist in meal preparation with clients.
n
Undertake productive and secure client transport using a busto and from the Centre.
n
Previous experience in a Therapy or Activity Assistantrole.
n
Skills in providing client centred, meaningfulactivities
n
Current Police Clearance, or willingness to apply forone
n
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations – minimum ofone covid vaccination and 2026 flu vaccination.
n




Certificate 3 or 4 Allied Health Assistance or Certificate3 Aged Care or Individual Support (Aged Care or Home andCommunity Care).
n
Demonstrated knowledge of local community services.
n
LR Class Drivers licenceor willingness to obtainone.
n
