Your new role

n

As a Property Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to a busy Property Services team, assisting with a wide range of property-related and customer service tasks.

n

Managing a high volume of property-related requests and enquiries
n
Coordinating with external contractors and service providers
n
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving property and asset-related issues
n
Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and correspondence
n
Assisting with property administration processes and reporting requirements
n
Escalating complex matters to the Principal Property Officer where required
n




Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment
n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or property-related support roles
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
n
Confident communication skills with a customer-focused approach
n
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
Experience using TRIM or other records management systems will be highly regarded
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
