About you

n

Reporting directly to the Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the inventory system.



This role involves working with various cross-functioning departments within Ghanda to ensure our stock is being delivered to the warehouse and stores in a timely manner, year-round.

A day in the life

n

As an STOCK ADMINISTRATOR, your daily tasks may include:

n

n
Managing inbound and outbound inventory processes
n
Item creation and barcode management
n
Liaising with our Warehouse, Design, Production and In-house Screenprinting teams
n
Preparing reports and analytics for key decision makers
n
Preparing reports and analytics for key decision makers
n

n

An ideal addition to the #GhandaGang will have:

n

n
Intermediate to solid Microsoft Excel skills or database experience
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain solid working relationships across the organisation
n
A solid, data-driven analytical focus
n
Prior experience in logistics or a background in retail is advantageous though isn't a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience!
