I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to join a high-performing aged care provider based in Melbourne. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced RN with strong clinical governance and quality experience to step into a strategic, influential role.

The role:

Partner with operational leaders to drive quality improvement
n
Provide coaching and advice around clinical governance, compliance and risk
n
Conduct audits, quality reviews, investigations and validation activities
n
Support homes with regulatory readiness and Commission visits
n
Use quality data to identify risks and drive meaningful improvements
n




Help build strong cultures of accountability and continuous improvement
n

About you:

n

n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Strong experience in aged care clinical leadership, quality or governance
n
Valuable knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
n
Experience with audits, incidents, investigations, risk and continuous improvement
n
Confident communicator with solid coaching and stakeholder management skills
n
Comfortable working with senior leaders and influencing positive change
n
Flexible to travel as required
