Link Resources operates nationally with facilities in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.Due to continued growth we are seeking more suitability qualified & experienced Trainer/Assessors with the following skill sets:

n

Working at Heights, Confined Space & First Aid/CPR (required)

n

Four Wheel Drive Operations (required)

n

High risk work (desired)

n

To be successful you must hold:

n

Cert IV in Training & Assessment

n

Valid driver's licence and industry licenses

n

Recent industry experience

n

A sound knowledge of the VET sector and National RTO Standards

n

Experience in delivering courses in a classroom setting and within industry (at client facilities)

n

This chance is available on a full time basis.



As part of your commitment as a Trainer / Assessor travel is required to regional, remote or interstate locations regularly.

You will be responsible for:

n

Delivering high quality training and assessment services to our students and clients

n

Demonstrating your expert industry knowledge and experience to engage students

n

Using contemporary learning techniques and methodologies

n

Flexibility in the delivery and adapting resources to meet student and client needs

n

Undertake accurate assessment and record keeping, ensuring compliance remains consistent

n

Working collaboratively within a team of highly skilled professionals and stakeholders

n
