Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support menu production and daily kitchen operations within a premium corporate dining environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while supporting junior team members and maintaining kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food in line with menu specifications.
n
Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section.
n
Support menu production and daily service requirements.
n
Assist with stock control and ordering.
n
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
n
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
n
n
About You
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
n
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
n
Strong food preparation and cooking skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Excellent organisational and time‐management skills.
n
Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
n
n
To be successful, you'll need:
n
n
Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or unrestricted Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visa applications).
n
To reside in or around the Wodonga region.
n
The ability to successfully complete a pre‐employment medical, including a National Police Check.
n
