Position: Technical Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership across AI, GenAI and full-stack engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across AI/GenAI, Python, .NET, React, TypeScript and AWS.
Define solution approaches, technical patterns, engineering standards and best practices.
Design and lead implementation of AI agents, LLM solutions, RAG, semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
Lead technical design reviews, code reviews and key technical decisions.
Design scalable, resilient and secure AWS cloud architectures.
Guide development of React/TypeScript frontends and Python/.NET backend services and APIs.
Drive engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, DevSecOps,



observability and infrastructure as code.

What We’re Looking For
Robust experience as a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer or equivalent.
Hands-on full-stack and cloud engineering experience.
Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions.
Solid technical decision-making and problem-solving capability.
Ability to lead, mentor and influence teams.
Solid communication skills and ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
