Redhill Hospitality Group is growing. Alongside our well-established Panorama Retreat in Kalorama, set on 10 acres of landscaped grounds, we're expanding our footprint in the region with a recent co-living residence in Preston. As we grow across these two properties, we're building a team who can help us maintain the high standards our guests and residents expect, wherever they're staying with us.

Location: Panorama Retreat, Kalorama, with regular work across our Preston property

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Property Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team. This is a maintenance-based role covering grounds and handyman work, based primarily at Panorama Retreat in Kalorama, with this role also working across our growing Preston property as we expand in the region.

This is a full-time position suited to someone with a practical background and a robust work ethic who enjoys variety, working across more than one site, and being part of a team.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of both properties, including patching, painting, and handyman repairs, ensuring facilities, rooms, and grounds are maintained to a high standard for guests,



residents and staff across Kalorama and Preston.

Key Responsibilities

n

General building and property maintenance across both sites
n
Grounds maintenance and handyman work
n
Patching, painting, and general repairs
n
Tile repairs and similar general maintenance tasks
n
Carpentry work (where qualified/experienced)
n
Preventative maintenance and repairs
n
Assisting with room turnarounds and conference setup as required
n
Travelling between Kalorama and Preston as needed
n
Working collaboratively with management and other staff
n

About You

n

n
Previous experience in maintenance, trade, or a hands-on role
n
A trade background is highly desirable - ideally a qualified carpenter, or someone with solid carpentry skills
n
Confident undertaking patching, painting, and general repair work
n
Practical, self-motivated, and solution-focused
n
Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, punctual, and well presented
n
Valid driver's license, for travel between sites
n
