Are you an experienced Production or Process Worker looking for stable Monday to Friday work with consistent hours?
n
We are seeking reliable and physically fit individuals to join a busy manufacturing environment in Norwest.
n
This role is suited to candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, process work, warehousing, recycling, construction materials or other hands‐on industries.
n
If you're comfortable working with aggregates, recycled materials and heavy manual tasks in a fast‐paced environment, we want to hear from you.

$36.00 per hour + Super

Ongoing work with long-term opportunities

Monday to Friday roster
n
6:00am - 2:00pm shift
n
Stable work with no weekend requirements
n
Supportive team setting

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operating within a busy manufacturing and production environment
n
Processing and handling rubble and aggregate materials
n
General assembly of components
n
Heavy and repetitive manual handling
n
Conducting visual quality inspections
n
Basic machine setup and equipment adjustments
n
Following work instructions and maintaining safety standards
n
Keeping work areas clean and organised
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, warehousing, recycling, construction materials or another physically demanding environment is highly regarded
n
Experience working with aggregates, rubble, construction materials or heavy manual handling is advantageous
n
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
n
Reliable with a solid work ethic and excellent attendance
n
Able to work efficiently in a fast‐paced workplace
n
Solid commitment to workplace safety
n
White Card advantageous but not essential
n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only
n
