An opportunity is available for experienced Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters to join a growing, family-owned WA engineering business working across the defence, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing and commercial marine industries.

Key Requirements:
n
n
Trade qualified Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent).
n
Boilermakers: Experience with FCAW, GTAW and GMAW welding and competent in 1G, 2G, 5G and 6G welding positions.
n
Mechanical Fitters: Experience in mechanical fitting, assembly, maintenance and interpreting engineering drawings, with knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
n
Current WA C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
n
Current White Card.
n
Forklift, EWP,
Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets are advantageous.
n
Experience in workshop and site environments.
n
Robust commitment to safety, quality workmanship and teamwork.
n
Permanent Australian working rights.
n
Ability to pass pre-employment medicals, drug and alcohol screening, and Defence workforce screening, including identity, work rights and criminal history checks.
