Mexican COOK-KITCHEN HAND Casual/Part Time

We are seeking a motivated Back of House staff member to support our kitchen operations. This is a hands‑on role where you'll be part of a busy team helping us deliver outstanding food and great vibes to our customers.

Key responsibilities
Food preparation and cooking tasks
Washing, cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean, organised and safe
Receiving and storing deliveries
Running Smooth Service
Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential – we provide training)
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a valuable team player




Weekend and evening availability is essential
Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
