About the Role
We’re currently looking for motivated Electrical Fitters / Switchboard Electricians to join our growing team on the Central Coast. This is a factory-based position only — no onsite installation work required.
You’ll be building and wiring custom low voltage switchboards for commercial and industrial projects, working alongside an experienced team in a busy manufacturing environment that values quality, reliability and teamwork.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Wiring and fitting electrical switchboards
Installing electrical components and equipment
Reading and working from technical drawings and layouts
Busbar assembly and control wiring
Testing completed boards prior to dispatch
Assisting with production deadlines and workflow
Maintaining workshop cleanliness and protected work practices
What We Are Looking For
Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience
Previous switchboard manufacturing experience preferred
Confidence reading electrical schematics and layouts
Good hand skills and experience with workshop tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
