What does the job look like?

Lead site warehouse and transport operations in a protected, compliant and cost‐effective manner.
n
Support and implement Linfox Safety Standards through consultation, communication and active leadership.
n
Monitor health and safety performance, including risk management, audits, worksite visits and incident reporting.
n
Deliver operational and financial performance by reviewing costs, margins, revenue and agreed KPIs.
n
Lead and develop teams to meet performance targets and foster a cooperative, team‐based culture.
n
Build strong internal and external customer relationships while supporting accurate and timely reporting.

Are you the one?

n

You are an experienced operations leader with a robust safety and compliance focus and the ability to lead high‐performing teams in a fast‐paced logistics or transport environment. You bring commercial acumen, operational discipline and a continuous improvement mindset. You can demonstrate:

n

n
Experience leading road and/or rail transport and warehouse operations.
n




Knowledge of contemporary business and operations management practices.
n
Capability to lead, develop and motivate teams of 5+ direct reports.
n
Understanding of financial drivers, costs and margin management.
n
Experience using WMS and SAP systems (preferred).
n
Eligibility to hold a current valid NSW driver licence, with HRW (Forklift) licence desirable.
