We are looking for a Store Manager, a retail professional, to deliver an incredible customer experience and drive outstanding financial results.

About the Role

n

The Store Manager supports the Regional Manager with overall responsibility for the success of the store. It is a busy, exciting role where no two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

Maximise sales growth by providing exceptional customer service
n
Build customer loyalty
n
Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets and KPIs
n
Lead, manage and supervise the team by providing coaching, mentoring and training
n
Manage and achieve store KPIs such as sales targets, wage budget and margin
n
Ensure store presentation by implementing visual merchandising standards
n
Control inventory and manage loss prevention
n
Maintain overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies and standards
n

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years of management experience




n
Excellent leadership skills
n
Passion for retail and fashion
n
Team player with excellent communication skills
n
Positive attitude with initiative
n
Excellent time‐management and merchandising skills
n
Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends
