The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the fit-out and finishes trades across multiple work fronts while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising all internal fit-out and finishes activities
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
Managing trade sequencing and resolving site issues to maintain project momentum
Driving quality outcomes through inspections,



defect management and practical completion
Working closely with the site team to ensure effective delivery across the finishing stages
Building robust relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team

About You
Proven experience supervising fit-out and finishes on major commercial building projects
Robust understanding of quality control, programme management and subcontractor coordination
Experience delivering projects through to completion and handover
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to construction delivery
Construction White Card and current Australian driver's licence
