Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team in Townsville for an immediate start. If you're a reliable tradesperson with experience in both construction and maintenance plumbing works and a strong commitment to workplace safety, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing and drainage works across construction and maintenance projects. You will work within established safety procedures and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing and drainage installation, repair and maintenance works
n
Undertake construction and maintenance plumbing services
n
Read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations
n
Maintain a safe and productive work environment
n




Understand and follow protected working procedures when dealing with asbestos, lead-based products and other high-risk construction activities
n
Complete required documentation and reporting as necessary
n

Mandatory Requirements

n

Current Trade Certificate (minimum Certificate III in Plumbing)
n
Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Demonstrated experience in plumbing and drainage construction and maintenance works
n
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
