Job Description

Eureka Pet Co is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Manager to enhance our email, SMS, and subscription strategies at our Brookvale HQ in New South Wales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM and retention marketing, particularly with Klaviyo.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the entire customer journey, driving retention, and increasing average order value through effective communication strategies. This role offers a market-market-competitive salary package of $130,000–$150,000 plus bonuses, and the chance to be part of an creative team.
