Client Project Manager – Wakefield (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Client Project Manager on behalf of a well‐established signage business that works with highly regarded, recognisable brands. This is not a role where you simply manage client queries or oversee activity. It is a position of ownership, where you are trusted to lead relationships, influence outcomes and take responsibility for how accounts perform.

Key Responsibilities

Managing projects from approval through to completion, ensuring a consistent and high‐quality delivery.
n
Bringing structure and clarity to project workflows, keeping teams aligned and informed.
n
Acting as the strategic lead on key client accounts.
n
Leading client relationships, building trust and long‐term partnerships.
n
Overseeing project delivery through Project Managers, ensuring consistency and quality.
n
Setting direction and priorities across accounts, aligning internal teams.
n
Managing performance, identifying risks and driving proactive solutions.
n
Supporting forecasting, planning and commercial performance across accounts.
n




Identifying growth opportunities and driving account development.
n

To be successful in this role, you will

Have highly developed skills and experience in project management.
n
Have experience in signage, fit‐out, construction or similar sectors.
n
Possess the ability to manage client relationships and accounts.
n
Be confident taking ownership and leading both clients and internal teams.
n
Have robust commercial awareness and understand account performance.
n
Be a clear and confident communicator, able to influence and guide decisions.
n
Stay calm under pressure and take responsibility for outcomes.
n
Be proactive, solutions‐focused and driven to improve how things are done.
