Established for 40 years, Austworld is a well-respected manufacturer/wholesaler of plumbing products and is continuing to expand. Head Office is located on the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland and distribution centres are located all around Australia. Austworld continues to be at the forefront of the ever-changing demands of the plumbing sector in providing high quality, effective and water conscious products.

Reporting direct to the State Sales Manager, a position has become available for a hands‐on Sales Account Manager who will play a key role in managing account requirements and establishing long term strategic relationships whilst sourcing and approaching current customers throughout Brisbane (North) region.

YOU WILL

n

n
Manage key accounts and their stakeholders
n
Provide ongoing service support to assigned key customers
n
Ensure all customer requests are attended to in a timely manner
n
Proactively pursue recent business and sales opportunities.
n

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

n

n
Proven ability in account management
n




Previous plumbing experience would be advantageous
n
Solid presentation skills with an exceptional customer service focus
n
Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships across the plumbing sector
n
5 years proven technical sales experience
n
Current open driver's license and the ability to travel
n
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
n
