We are seeking a energetic, results-driven Sales Representative to develop and expand its presence across Australia.

The role focuses on direct yacht sales and managing an agent network.

n

The candidate will also play a key role in brand representation, media relations and major industry events.

n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

n

n
Drive direct sales of yachts across Australia.
n
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
n
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
n
Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
n

n

Agent Network Management

n

n
Develop, manage and support a network of brokers and agents across Australia.
n
Ensure alignment with the brand positioning and sales strategy.
n
Monitor and enhance agent performance.
n

n

Marketing & Industry Relations

n

n
Act as a brand ambassador for our Yachts in Australia.
n
Participate in major Australian boat shows and industry events.
n
Coordinate boat show activities in cooperation with the Dubai office.
n
Represent the brand during exhibitions, client events and sea trials.
n




Travel internationally on occasion to attend major global boat shows and events.
n

Client Relationship Management

n

n
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
n
Deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience throughout the sales journey.
n

n

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

n

n
Proven experience in luxury sales (yachting, marine or high-end lifestyle sectors preferred).
n
Solid understanding of the Australian market; existing network is a plus.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
n
Self-driven, entrepreneurial and able to work independently while coordinating with international teams.
n
Willingness to travel across Australia and internationally as required.
n
Passion for luxury products and the yachting industry.
