Job Description

Plum Creek Recovery Ranch is seeking a Recovery Support Staff member to assist clients in recovery from alcohol or substance abuse. You will help with daily living activities, therapeutic engagement, and socialization in a therapeutic unit.

Responsibilities include observing patients, participating in group therapy, and maintaining a secure workplace under supervision. CPR/CPI certification is required, with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and robust communication skills emphasized.
