Corporate Account Manager

Love building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients succeed? This role is all about creating standout customer experiences and becoming the go‐to expert for all things media monitoring and insights.

Your Role

n

n
Setting recent clients up for success, from onboarding and search set‐ups to customizing their accounts.
n
Building, maintaining, and growing solid client relationships (you'll be their trusted media sidekick).
n
Running training sessions to help users master the platform (both virtual and face‐to‐face).
n
Gathering feedback and working with the team to turn it into real product improvements.
n
Spotting prospects to wow clients, especially around big media events.
n
Creating reports, transcripts, and summaries that make media meaningful.
n

Who are we looking for?

n

This role is ideal for an individual with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Corporate Customer Support who is organized, client‐focused, and excels in a fast‐paced environment. Bonus points for media industry experience, a background in communications, or skills with Boolean, CRMs,



or project tools, but passion and people skills are what really matter. We're on the hunt for a few talented candidates with a range of skill levels – whether you're a few years into your career or you're more experienced, we're interested in learning more about you.
