Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the broader team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including:

Report writing and documentation support
n
Managing client files and records
n
Liaising with healthcare providers
n
Requesting and following up on medical documents
n
Project and general admin support
n
n
About You
n
n
We're looking for someone who's organised, curious and eager to grow. Ideally, you'll have: Admin or customer service experience
n
Strong written and verbal communication
n
Attention to detail and time management
n
Proactive and self-motivated
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office
n
Team-first attitude
n
Currently studying, or working towards a qualification in Occupational Therapy,
Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Exercise Physiology
n
